At Tarai Fabs, we specialize exclusively in women’s clothing, including embroidered and handcrafted garments.

Returns

Returns are accepted within  7 days of delivery for eligible regular products.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unworn and unused

• Unwashed and undamaged

• In its original condition

• With all original tags and packaging intact

Returns based solely on a change of mind, personal preference, or the product no longer being wanted may not be accepted.

Customized & Special Work

Customized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

This includes garments made specifically according to the customer's requirements, including:

• Customized measurements

• Customized designs

• Customized colours

• Customized embroidery or handwork

Products involving heavy embroidery, machinery work, or extensive specialized craftsmanship are also strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photographs.

We will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate resolution.
